All boats are highly encouraged to have a valid 2022 PHRF-LE certificate. Any boat without a certificate will be assigned a rating at the sole discretion of the race organizers.

Waiver and Release

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. In particular, all competitors are directed to RRS 1.2, Life-Saving Equipment and Personal Flotation Devices, and RRS 4, Decision to Race. The Organizing Authority, Sponsors of the 2022 CLYC June JAM Regatta, and their employees and volunteers are not responsible for the loss of life or injury to participants or others, or for the loss or damage to any vessel in any way or from any cause during or related to this event. Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance sufficient to cover liability for damage, injury or death.
By indicating YES in the radio button below, and submitting this registration, I certify that the information entered on this form is accurate and true. Additionaly, I agree to the Waiver and Release herein and acknowledge that in order to compete in this event all fees must be paid and this form must be completed and presented to the organizing authority prior to the close of registration. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern this event.
